TERM 1: 26th April – 21st June

7 June break — no training. Total of 8 weeks for this term.

I acknowledge that participation in basketball training involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By registering my child, I agree that Junior Elite Ballers Academy, its coaches, and staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss that may occur during training sessions.

I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the coach of any medical conditions.

I also agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the academy to ensure a safe and positive training environment.
